awizo.store provides software tools designed for use in online games ("the Software"), a license key management system, and a Creators Program that allows content creators to earn product keys in exchange for content creation.
Our services are provided "as is." We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use our services. By using awizo.store you represent that you meet this requirement.
When you purchase a license key, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

License keys are bound to your hardware ID (HWID). One key may only be active on one device at a time unless otherwise stated.
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a license key has been delivered and activated.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us will result in immediate, permanent account suspension and may result in legal action to recover losses.

The Creators Program is an invite-only partnership where content creators may receive free product licenses in exchange for creating content about our software.

Submitted videos and uploaded files may be reviewed by our team. We do not claim ownership of your content.
The Creators Program uses Google OAuth to verify your YouTube channel. By connecting your Google account you authorize awizo.store to read your YouTube channel information (read-only). You may revoke this authorization at any time through your Google Account permissions page.
Your use of YouTube and Google services is subject to YouTube's Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy.

All content on awizo.store — including but not limited to the software, logos, design, and text — is owned by awizo.store or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use our branding without written permission.
THE SOFTWARE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNDETECTED BY ANTI-CHEAT SYSTEMS, ERROR-FREE, OR CONTINUOUSLY AVAILABLE. USE OF THIRD-PARTY GAME SOFTWARE IN VIOLATION OF THEIR TERMS OF SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
awizo.store is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any game developer or publisher.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, awizo.store SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO GAME ACCOUNT BANS, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF PROFITS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the Software is revoked. You may request account deletion by contacting support@awizo.store.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a site notice. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the competent courts of the jurisdiction where awizo.store operates.
