awizo.store ("we", "us", "our") operates the website awizo.store and the associated Creators Program at creators.awizo.store. We provide software tools for gaming and a media partner program for content creators.

2. Information We Collect

When you purchase a product or create an account:

• Email address and username
• Password (stored as a bcrypt hash — we never store your plain-text password)
• Hardware ID (HWID) used for software license binding
• Purchase records and license key assignments

When you join the Creators Program:

• Creator account details (username, email, password hash)
• Your YouTube channel name, channel ID, and channel URL — obtained via Google OAuth with your explicit consent
• Video titles and URLs that you voluntarily submit for review
• Uploaded video files (if you choose direct upload)

Automatically collected:

• IP address (used for rate limiting and fraud prevention)
• Basic request logs (timestamps, endpoints accessed)

We do not use cookies for tracking, serve advertisements, or sell your data to third parties.

3. Google OAuth & YouTube Data

The Creators Program uses Google OAuth 2.0 to verify your YouTube channel. When you click "Connect YouTube Channel" and grant permission:

• We request the youtube.readonly scope — read-only access to your YouTube channel information
• We retrieve your channel name, channel ID, and public video list
• We store your channel name and channel URL in our database
• We do not store your Google account credentials or OAuth tokens beyond the duration of the connection request
• We do not access your Google account, Gmail, Google Drive, or any other Google service
• We do not post, upload, or modify anything on your YouTube channel

Your use of Google services is also governed by Google's Privacy Policy and the YouTube Terms of Service.

4. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and manage your software license
• To verify your identity and prevent fraud
• To process Creator Program applications and reward eligible creators
• To communicate with you about your account, orders, or submissions
• To enforce our Terms of Service

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except:

• Payment processors — if applicable, to process transactions (we do not store payment card details)
• Legal requirements — if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users
• Service providers — infrastructure providers (hosting, CDN) who process data solely on our behalf under confidentiality agreements

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or to resolve disputes.

Uploaded video files submitted through the Creators Program are retained for review purposes and deleted within 90 days of a final decision (approved or rejected).

7. Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data, including password hashing (bcrypt), encrypted file transfers (HTTPS/TLS), and rate limiting on all authentication endpoints. No system is 100% secure — if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Withdraw consent for Google OAuth by disconnecting through your Google Account permissions page

Our services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
